For the food enthusiast, this is the perfect combination of culinary demonstration and practical class. The class is held in the breathtaking 300 year-old sugar mill, and the demonstration features fresh local ingredients and herbs from Montpelier's garden. During the three hour class, you have the opportunity to participate and create two recipes. Prepare a tasty array of gourmet excellence and then dine with our Chef as you enjoy the delicious meal with exquisitely-paired wine. The class size ranges from minimum two to maximum six people and must be booked at least seven days in advance.
