Food and Dining
We take pride in using local fruits, vegetables, poultry and fish whenever possible. This is part of our
commitment to developing and preserving Nevis. Wherever you choose to dine at Montpelier you will find
an ambiance infused with island grace.
Start your day with all the delights of the Caribbean: fresh fruits, homemade yoghurt and jams,
hot out of the oven breads complimented by local eggs and bacon. As you relax in the afternoon,
lunch and afternoon tea is served beside the pool. We are happy to prepare a gourmet picnic for you
to have at the beach or to take with you to enjoy as you discover the island.
In the evening there are two dining choices. The Terrace is al fresco and has stunning views overlooking
the lights of St. Kitts and Nevis or The Mill, our 300 year-old sugar mill, converted into the only
restaurant of its kind in the world. With its original steps, floor and cut stonewalls the setting is magical.
For special celebrations we can create a venue that is perfect for you.
