Room rates are per room per night and include full English breakfast and afternoon tea, use of the Inn's private beach with complimentary transfers, tennis court, books and DVD library.
Each room is designed for guest relaxation.
A large tiled bathroom with a shower and tub, direct dial telephone, overhead fan, in-room safe, hair dryer, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and amenities from Elemis.
All of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

- MAP supplement is available at $57 per person per day (excluding tax and service) when requested at time of booking for the entire stay.
- 20% Tax and Service will be added to the cost of rooms, meals and drinks.

MINIMUM STAY
A minimum stay of ten (10) nights at Montpelier is required for periods overlapping Christmas Day and New Years Day.
PAYMENT
Montpelier is equipped to handle most forms of payment including cash, US$ travelers cheques and all major credit cards.
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the total value of the reservation is required to confirm a reservation.
For reservations over the Christmas and New Years period, a 100% deposit is required.
CANCELLATION AND ‘NO SHOWS’
VERY IMPORTANT: Please make note of your reservation dates and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.
Due to our intimate size, island location and seasonality, late cancellations affect us significantly.
Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
TIMELY CANCELLATION: Your deposit, less 5%, will be refunded provided we receive notice of cancellation not less than THIRTY days prior to arrival, and SIXTY days for the period overlapping Christmas or New Years.
LATE CANCELLATIONS: Within THIRTY days of the arrival date (or SIXTY days for the period overlapping Christmas or New Years), we cannot refund the deposit regardless of the reason for cancellation.
The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation fee.
The same is true for stays which are shortened, no shows or early check outs.
In the case of early check out, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled night of a confirmed reservation.
As there are no refunds due to medical emergencies, bad weather, flight and ferry cancellations, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing Trip Insurance.
TROPICAL WEATHER: In the unfortunate circumstance that the island is placed under a hurricane WARNING within 72 hours of your arrival, your deposit, less 5%, will be refunded provided we receive notice of cancellation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Guests may check in after 2pm. Check-out is before 12pm.
Changing facilities are available for early arrivals.
We will try and accommodate late check-outs depending on availability.
PERSONALIZED ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE SERVICE
Allow Federal Express and Montpelier to take the hassle out of traveling.
Have your local Federal Express agent ship your luggage to Montpelier where it will be delivered to the hotel before your arrival.
Your luggage will then be taken to your room, unpacked, pressed and ready for your arrival.
Upon your departure your packed suitcase will be picked up and returned to you at home.
You no longer have to worry about your bags being lost.

As a service to our guests complimentary Internet access is provided in reception as well as in the rooms via dial up modem.
DRESS CODE
Jacket and tie are not required and not often worn.
Gentlemen wear long trousers in the evening. Style is smart casual.
A light cardigan or shawl is advisable for winter dining.
ELECTRICITY
220 Volts (as in Europe) is the main power in the rooms.
We do have a 110 volt outlet (same as the US) for laptop and cellular phones.
Shaver adapters 110 - 220 Volts available in the bathrooms.
