In the evening, life shifts to the stylish ambiance of the Restaurant 750. Drinks and canapés are served in relaxing comfort, before dining on the terrace with captivating views of Charlestown Nevis and nearby St. Kitts.

The light, modern cuisine of Montpelier has been perfected through the use of local ingredients, herbs and spices. Our varied menu offers a choice of vegetarian and other dietary options. At Restaurant 750 our philosophy is that good food must be accompanied by an equally good bottle of wine in order to complete any occasion. Our sommelier takes great pride in wine pairing and is always in search of unique and rare wines and for new ideas to marry food and wine together. After dinner, enjoy a coffee or sample our aged rum collection in the Great Room or sit under the stars.
